Therapy can be a place to talk openly about stress, anxiety, relationships, identity, and intimacy without judgment or avoidance. I work with individuals who want a more direct approach that focuses on understanding patterns, improving communication, and creating meaningful change. Whether you are dealing with anxiety, relationship strain, or concerns around intimacy, therapy is focused on helping you feel more stable, confident, and in control of your day-to-day life.
My Experience Is Your Investment
By working with Michael, you are investing in your overall health. You receive a clinician who has earned a bachelor's and a master's degree in nutrition and dietetics, giving him a deep understanding of how the human body functions and how it impacts mental health. Michael has earned his MSW and LCSW, completed specialized training in autism and intersectionality through the LEND (Leadership Education in Neurodevelopmental and Related Disabilities) fellowship, and has received training in EMDR, DBT, and is Brainspotting certified. He has also completed 164 hours of continuing education in sex therapy. With over 15 years of experience helping people navigate sexuality and sexual health, Michael brings rare depth to this work. He is a clinician who is personally dedicated to health, understands the pressures of competition and performance, and brings that same commitment and engagement to helping you reach your full potential. He will meet you where you are and will continue to gently push you to reach the potential you are striving for because this is a team effort.

Sex Therapy and Intimacy
Sexual concerns are often connected to anxiety, stress, past experiences, and relationship dynamics. Therapy provides a structured space to talk openly about sex without shame or avoidance. Work focuses on understanding what is getting in the way and building practical ways to improve comfort, function, and connection.
Approach
My approach is structured, direct, and focused on outcomes. I integrate Brainspotting and trauma-informed methods to process underlying experiences while also building practical skills you can apply in daily life. Clients often notice reduced anxiety, improved communication, and greater confidence in both relationships and intimacy.
Who I Work With
I work with adults and older adolescents, including individuals in the LGBTQIA+ and kink communities, as well as those navigating body image concerns, identity development, and relationship challenges.
