Insurance and private rate
Insurances: BCBS, Aetna, Optom Plans (United, UMR, Oscar, Taro), Healthchoice, Healthcare highways
Private rate: $175 with sliding scale determined by need.
Availability:
Thursday noon for biweekly appointments.
My hours of operation:
11am-4pm Monday - Friday
I see people in person/virtually Monday - Wednesday.
I see people virtually on Thursdays and Fridays.
Emails will be returned in 2 business days.
